Rental orders are taken 7 days a week through our website. If you have any
questions prior to your order you can contact us at Babiesnbeaches@gmail.com

Our office hours are between 9:00am and 6.00pm, Sunday – Saturday. We will
ensure we return your call or email within 24 hours.

Ordering a minimum of two weeks in advance will guarantee your product.
During Christmas & New Years, (12/20 – 1/10), orders less than 2 weeks will be
reviewed to ensure we have available products.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, Amex.

There is only one day we do not deliver and that is IRONMAN. The highway is
closed between 7:00am and 5:00pm. In an emergency, upon request, we will
deliver after 4:30 pm until 7pm for an additional $25. If it cannot be
accommodated the pickup or delivery will be the previous or following day.

We make all beds that are rented. Leave all linens on the bed.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All reservations must have a credit card on file.

For liability reasons, we do not install car seats.

We will install bed rails and baby gates upon request. Due to liability we are not
responsible for the installation, Renter MUST check the installation prior to use
and correct if necessary. It is a courtesy to install these items.

Hotel delivery are to the bell desk only. All equipment must be returned to the
bell desk at departure. We suggest a small tip for the bell desk for delivery to
your room but some hotels do have an automatic small fee for delivery, ask.

During Christmas and New Year’s, due to the volume of orders, your equipment
may not be delivered prior to your arrival. We will do our best to delivery it as
efficiently as possible.

Deliveries are prior to 3pm, typical check in time.

Pickups begin at 11am. If you have a late checkout a ½ rental fee will apply.

Guest will be charged for returning overly dirty equipment. The fee is $25.00

Any damaged equipment, missing parts to toys, etc. will be charged the full retail rate for the equipment and/or toys.

All About Babies ‘n Beaches is not responsible for a child being hurt on the equipment rented, once the equipment is delivered and inspected within 24hours of arrival. Parental oversight is required when using our equipment.

FEES:

  • Mandatory $8.00 cleaning fee
  • $10 charge for stairs (1st, 2nd, 3rd floors) for rollaways, cribs and toddler beds, charge will be manual after delivery. 
  • General Excise Tax of 4.4386%
